SIZING
- All systems are designed using computer-aided calculations to ensure all systems meet the requirements of the individual customer.
- Typical utilities are around 19.25 m³ (680ft³) / hr natural gas and 40kW installed electrical power, per metric ton of material processed. Compressed air and water services will also be required.
- The unit is designed to accommodate Loss-On-Ignition (LOI) levels of feed material.
- Thermal units are sized based on Loss-On-Ignition (LOI) levels relative to combustion of residual resin and appropriate oxygen requirements.
