COMPACTION TABLES

Compaction Tables are one of the key components to utilize when the goal is to increase the efficiency and consistency of the molding process.

The benefits beyond efficiency gains will be found in the cleaning room with less burnt-on sand, fewer cleaning hours and better dimensional accuracy.

Standard units feature high-frequency, dual-force electric vibratory motors that are inverter controlled. The dual-force levels allow the CT-Tables to serve a wider range of mold sizes without altering their high-frequency speed that is critical for optimum mold compaction.

• Frame raises and lowers when required
• Rollers can be manual or powered
• Protective shroud prevents sand contamination to motors and lift mechanism
